Work in a series is exciting to me because I am able to take a single idea and create different iterations, exploring the depth of the idea in fibers and colors.

There is an old saying, “Use it up, wear it out, make do or do without”. I’ve challenged myself to use up all my stash from my years of traditional quilting in new and creative ways with an eye toward artistic contemporary design.

Who doesn’t love circles and squares?! The design possibilities are endless and so fun to play with.
Numbers Series
I’m a logical, left-brained person trying to stimulate my right brain creativity. From Fibonacci Numbers, personal numerology concepts and other mathematical constructs, I’ve come up with ideas for exciting and different designs.
